Permeation Testing Machine
The permeation testing machine is used to test whether the permeability of automotive cooling/fuel system hoses and quick-connect fittings meets standard requirements after long-term stable cooling/fuel circulation.
Water vapor permeation testing machines are used for automotive cooling system hoses and fittings. Standard: GMW 18152.
Fuel permeation testing machines are used for automotive fuel system hoses and fittings. Standard: SAE J1737.
Functions And Features
1. It can perform specific temperature constant pressure zero flow, constant pressure constant flow, and constant pressure intermittent flow tests.
2. Multiple testing units are used, with each specimen measured independently.
3, The permeation rate can be measured by selecting the adsorption tank method and/or the FID method.
4. The equipment has automatic data acquisition, storage, and processing functions for test data, and automatically establishes a test database.
